You will be assigned a Talent Acquisition Partner who will setup an initial call with you to fully understand and align with you on the company, role, key details, and the skills required for your ideal candidate.
Sourcing Strategy

We will utilize the details from our intake call to build a custom search strategy, sourcing and screening for the best talent available for your open position. You can expect to see screened and qualified candidates within 1-2 weeks.
Interview Process

Your dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner will work with you or your HR team to help schedule your selected candidates for the interview process.
Feedback Call
Step 4
Your dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner will schedule a call to review all candidate feedback with you and your team, provide any additional guidance, and help you move forward in the process with your selected candidates.
Offer Stage
Step 5
Once you’ve determined the right candidate for your position, your Talent Acquisition Partner will guide you on the negotiation process and all the way through to offer acceptance.
